1. Scope
This agreement governs the use of the InProjekt QuickBooks Integration (the "App"), an internal business application operated by InPro electric GmbH, Benzstraße 31-33, 38446 Wolfsburg, Germany ("InPro"), for the companies of the InPro group. The App is not offered to third parties.
2. Authorized users
Only employees of the InPro group who have been granted access in InProjekt, InPro's internal business system, may use the App. Connecting a QuickBooks Online company requires an administrator of that QuickBooks company.
3. Function
The App connects InProjekt to the QuickBooks Online company of an InPro group company using Intuit's OAuth 2.0 authorization. It reads transactions such as invoices, credit memos, bills and vendor credits together with their PDFs and attachments. Sales invoices are recorded in InProjekt; supplier invoices are filed in InPro's document management system for approval. The App does not create, change or delete data in QuickBooks.
4. License
InPro grants authorized users a non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to use the App solely for the internal business purposes of the InPro group.
5. Ending the connection
The connection can be ended at any time in InProjekt ("Disconnect") or in QuickBooks Online. The App then no longer retrieves data from QuickBooks.
6. Availability and liability
The App is provided as is for internal use. Liability is governed by the agreements between the InPro group companies and applicable law.

QuickBooks and Intuit are trademarks of Intuit Inc. The App is not provided, endorsed or supported by Intuit. The use of QuickBooks Online remains subject to Intuit's terms.
